Your puppy is
guaranteed to be in good health and free of communicable diseases at time of
the sale. If, within 48 hours from the time you the buyer take possession of
the puppy, it is found by a licensed veterinarian not to be in good health,
we, the breeders, agree to refund the purchase price of the puppy to you,
the buyer, upon return of the puppy to us, the breeders. We, the breeders,
are not responsible for any expenses incurred which includes transportation
charges. A refund will be given only upon receipt of the report from a
licensed veterinarian. Our puppies and dogs have been vaccinated with Canine
Distemper, Adenovirus Type 2, Coronavirus, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus vaccine
Modified Live Virus. CPV Strain 154 and have not been exposed to infectious
diseases here. If your puppy is exposed to an infectious disease after it
leaves our control, the vaccine should protect your puppy. However this is
out of our control and will not be covered by our health guarantee. Please
pay particular attention to this if you have recently lost a dog or puppy.
The puppy can not be returned unless there is a medical problem within 48
hours that is verified by a veterinarian at the new owner’s expense and with
a written documentation from the attending vet. You will also need to show
proof of the follow-through on the vaccinations required for the puppy.
Your puppy is guaranteed to be free of congenital defects for 1
year from date of birth. If your puppy is found to have congenital defects,
you have the following options:
1) REPLACEMENT: Should buyer choose to accept replacement puppy. I,
the breeder, will provide buyer with a replacement puppy at the buyer’s
expense. We, the breeder, will not be responsible for any veterinary bills
incurred by the buyer. Buyer must have a written statement from a licensed
veterinarian of the specific defect of the puppy. OR:
2) 25% OF PURCHASE PRICE: Should the buyer choose to keep the original
puppy. I, the breeder, will refund 50% of the original purchase price of the
puppy upon proof of Spay/Neuter of the puppy from a licensed veterinarian.
I, the breeder, will not be responsible for any veterinary bills or
transportation charges incurred.
I, the breeder, will have given the puppy their first 2 vaccinations and
worming then you, the buyer, will continue on with the vaccinations and
worming for your puppy and please, don't forget annual boosters.
